COVID-19 UPDATE / SHIPPING INFO / RETURNS
Thank you everyone for your patience during this time. I have been able to keep myself occupied with making (non-medical grade) masks for you and I could not be happier to share with you more of my creations (despite our current global situation).
At this time, my mask restocks happen once a week (as it takes a few days to prepare and sew). Once they are sold out, I will get moving along to prepare for another restock for the following week. Patterns are always changing due to availability of my fabric, as I am also in full production mode with my handmade Beeswax Wraps and Bumble Bags.
Before placing an order I strongly recommend that you check out these notes just incase you have any questions.
SHIPPING
Canada Post is currently experiencing delays and delivery times are proving to be unpredictable. Free shipping does not include tracking information. Read on to understand the most popular shipping options via Canada Post.
Regular Mail
If you select Regular Mail (free shipping), your parcel will be dropped off at the post office as soon as I can pack it up, and you will receive an email stating that your item has shipped. PLEASE NOTE: I have had customers reaching out to me letting me know that their parcels have taken upwards to 3 weeks to arrive with Regular Mail.
Shipping with Tracking
If you select Xpresspost or Expedited via Canada Post* (it's ~$11 and will get to you much much quicker but I can not guarantee it), I will also get it to the post office as soon as it is packed up, and you will receive an email stating your parcel has shipped with a tracking number included. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping time can vary but Canada Post has informed me that with tracking they are prioritized and will reach someone within a week, but sometimes more.
PORCH PICK UP
If you live locally (or anywhere else) and would like to save on shipping and want your order within a one day of the day you placed your order, you are more than welcome to pick up at Oh Beehive Headquarters.
All you are required to do is select the PICK UP option at checkout and I will notify you when your order is prepared, the time it will be available and the pick up location.
If you are unable to fit the pick up time into your schedule, simply respond to the email stating the date/time that would work better for you.
LOCAL BARRIE DELIVERY
At this time, I am offering free local delivery in the Barrie area only. Once your order is ready and your shipping address states Barrie then you will be added to my delivery schedule (which has no set schedule lol). You should receive your parcel in your mailbox/front step/front door/muskoka chair within 5 days of placing your order.
RETURNS
Due to COVID-19 and staying safe at this time I am unfortunately not able to return or exchange (picked up or shipped) masks. If you are unsure the sizing, please refer to each mask as the sizing from ear to ear, and the width from the tip of your nose to just under your chin are noted. Requests for returns do not happen frequently, I just felt the need to inform you JUST INCASE :)
